J’adore les chaussures, elles conviennent parfaitement à ma fille qui a le pied plutôt large. Elle se sent bien dedans, elles sont facile à enfiler, soutiennent bien son pied, elle les adore et moi aussi. Par contre, je n’ai pas reçu la couleur que j’avais choisi. Couleur avec laquelle j’avais agencé la tuque et le manteau de printemps que je lui ai acheté … maintenant ça ne va plus du tout ensemble. C’est plutôt dommage. Je vais retourner le manteau et garder les chaussures. Les chaussures je leur donne 5 étoiles, mais j’en enlève une pour la mauvaise couleur …

I am admittedly a Merrell’s fan, but that’s because every pair I’ve owned has been perfect for me. I got these on sale for my daughter to have some good hiking shoes and she loves them. She’s growing fast and gets lots of growing pains and most kids shoes are not supportive or cushioned enough for impact play. These shoes stopped all her complaints of aching heels and feet. They fit true to size.

I bought a smaller pair a year ago for my girl, and she has outgrown it. So that pair is passed on to a younger sibling and still seem integral. This pair was still a bit big for my 7yo. But she will grow into them. The slightly higher ankle gives good support. Keeps their feet dry. Also really like the velcro instead of laces. Makes it super easy to put on and off. Works great for the hiking we do and even nice to wear to school in the spring time. I will keep buying these as my kids grow out of them. So far my kids are outgrowing them long before they are not usable. Lots of life left in the pair that is handed down to a younger child.
I do have a waterproof spray that I put on these shoes a couple times a year to help keep them waterproof. Not sure how much that helps. But I am really impressed with these shoes.
